The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Design Works And The Subsequent New Construction Of The 2Nd Grade Primary School Pavilion, Which Will Expand The Capacity Of The Existing Primary School In The Village. The Construction Is The First Stage Of The Wider Project Of The Modletice Elementary School Complex. The Construction Will Be Implemented Using The Design & Build Method. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is: A) Execution Of Design Works – Consisting In The Processing Of Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Including The Preparation Of The List Of Works, Supplies And Services And Other Activities Specified In The Contract For The Work. B) Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The New Construction Of The Pavilion Of The 2Nd Grade Of The Elementary School. The New Pavilion Is Designed As A Three-Story Building With The Top Floor Set Back. The Building Has A Main Entrance From The North Side Through A Raised Covered Vestibule. An Outdoor Escape Staircase Is Designed On The East Side Of The Building. The Catering Operation And Technical Room Have Their Own Supply/Service Entrances From The East Side Of The Building. On The South Side, The Building Is Open To The Fenced School Garden, Which Is Accessible From The Common Dining Room. The Building Is Designed As A Hybrid Combination Of A Wooden Structure And A Reinforced Concrete Core. The Construction Of The Building Is Designed With A Wooden Supporting Structure, With The Exception Of The Staircase Area (Including The Walls), Which Is Made As A Žb Monolithic Structure. The Building Has Floor Plan External Dimensions (Without Attached Staircases And Future Balconies) Of Approx. 24.5 X 16.5 M. The 3Rd Floor Is Stepped Inwards From Three Sides Compared To The Lower Floors (Floor Plan Dimensions Approx. 18.5X14.5 M) And Its Walls Are Supported On The Perimeter By The Ceiling Of The 2Nd Floor. The Total Height Of The Above-Ground Part Of The Building Is Approx. 11.6 M (Including The Attic). More Detailed Information On The Subject Of Performance Is Provided In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation – Project Documentation Including The Aggregated Budget. An Aggregated Budget Is A General Construction Budget That Combines Work And Supplies Into Larger Logical Units (Aggregates), Instead Of Containing Detailed Items Like A Classic Itemized Budget. The Aggregated Budget Is Used To Ensure A Transparent And Comparable Valuation Of Offers In The Design & Build Mode. It Allows The Contracting Authority To Assess Bids In The Same Structure Of Building Units Without The Need To Process A Detailed Itemized Statement Of Measurements. At The Same Time, It Represents A Control Tool For The Future Control Of The Price Of The Work And Any Changes To Dimensions.
