The Subject Of The Procurement Is For Land And Sea Transport Fuel Distribution And Aviation Fuel Distribution:• Information System Maintenance And Further Development Services• Station Servers And Computers • Acquisition And Management Of The Identifiers (Chip Cards & Tags) Needed For Refueling • Distribution Stations (Land And Sea Transport Fuel Stations) Physical Equipment And Their Components, Maintenance Service, Maintenance And Repair Service, Further Development Service• Maintenance Of The Spare Parts Warehouse For The Physical Equipment Of The Distribution Stations And Procurements (No And Po) (Fuel Stations For Land And Sea Transport) The Object Of The Procurement Does Not Include Maintenance, Development And Maintenance And Repair Services For The Physical Equipment And Components Of Aviation Fuel Pump Stations. The Services/Sub-Areas Concerning The Distribution Of Fuels (Information System And Distribution Equipment) Are A System Unit Functioning As A Single Unit, And Therefore, According To The Preliminary Assessment, It Is Not Appropriate To Divide The Sub-Areas Into Two Separate Procurements In The Information Request Phase. The Duration Of The Contract Is Estimated To Be Four (4) Years In Advance, After Which There Is A Possibility Of A Three (3) Year Option Period. The Contract Period Starts Approximately On January 1, 2027.
