Introduction Based On This Tender, The Municipality Of Kemiönsaari Establishes A Framework Arrangement For The Small Construction, Installation And Repair Services Of The Properties Managed By The Procurement Unit, As Well As Mechanical Work, As Described In More Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Referred To As The Procurement Unit. The Municipality Of Kemiönsaari Is Responsible For The Implementation Of The Tender For The Establishment Of The Framework Arrangement On Its Own Behalf And On Behalf Of All The Mentioned Procurement Units. Subject Of The Procurement And Component Areas Of The Framework Arrangement The Subject Of The Procurement Is Small Construction, Installation And Repair Services As Well As Mechanical Work For The Properties Managed By The Procurement Unit. The Services To Be Procured Therefore Include, Among Other Things, Small Space Changes And Repair Contracts, Installation And Repair Services Related To Building Technology, And Mechanical Work. The Framework Arrangement Is Divided Into Four (4) Different Specialized Sub-Areas:- Sub-Area 1: Construction- Sub-Area 2: Electrical Work And Installations- Sub-Area 3: Hvac Work- Sub-Area 4: Mechanical Work Based On The Tender, A Maximum Of Four (4) Framework Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected For Each Sub-Area. Contract Period The Framework Arrangement Is Valid For Two (2) Years, After Which The Contracting Entity Has The Right To Extend The Framework Arrangement For One (1) Once During The Two (2) Year Option Period.
