In This Qualification Phase, Suppliers Can Send Requests For Participation And Be Considered For Inclusion In The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme. Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements Will Be Admitted To The Scheme And Will Then Receive Invitations To Submit Offers In Competitions Carried Out Under The Scheme. The Scheme Is Open For Ongoing Admissions, And New Suppliers Can Qualify As Long As The Scheme Is Active. The Scope Of Procurement Within This Dynamic Purchasing Scheme Will Vary Over Time And Depends On Ouss Actual Needs As Well As The Available Budget Frameworks In The Individual Year. To Qualify Before The First Procurement In The Scheme Is Sent Out, Qualification Application Must Be Submitted By 09.01.2026 At 12.00.
