Tsvikev St., Mladost St. And P. R. Slaveykov St.; Separate Position No. 3: Main Street Repair - Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Street Lighting And Road Part Of Anton Strashimirov Street; Separate Item No. 4: Major Repair Of Saedinenie St. - Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Street Lighting And Road Section; Separate Position No. 5: Major Repair Of Pencho Slaveikov Street - Water Supply, Sewerage, Drainage, Street Lighting And Road Section; Separate Position No. 6: Major Repair Of The Street Network In The Town Of Gorna Oryahovitsa - P. Tsvikev St., Mladost St. And P. R. Slaveykov St. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Relevant Specific Position, Possessing The Necessary Professional Competence And Qualification For The Performance Of The Following Services: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Of The Objects According To Art. 168, Para. 2 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding By-Laws, Incl. Supervision Of The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction Under Zut And Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Prepared Technical Passport Of The Site, According To Art. 176B Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works; Commissioning Of The Object According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Is Below Bgn 19,430.60 Without Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Specific Position No. 2, Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. The Residual Value Of The Order, After The Separation Of Separate Item #2, Is Bgn 77,768.00 Without Vat And Is The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Separate Position No. 5 Is Announced Under The Condition Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, Since At The Time Of The Opening Of The Order, No Funding Has Been Secured.
