Development And Coordination Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase According To The Zut, Within The Scope Of Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Other Related By-Laws On The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Project Should Be Completed With The Necessary Calculations, Diagrams, Textual And Graphic/Drawing Material, Explanatory Notes, Accounting Documentation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001, On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. The Project Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bills Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. The Project Must Be Completed According To The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification And Ready For Approval And Issuance Of A Construction Permit. Implementation Of The Smr For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor And Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, According To The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal.
