The Public Order Covers The Award Of Agrotechnical Services And Loading And Unloading Activities Of Agricultural Produce For The Needs Of The Territorial Divisions Of The Dpfzd In The Cities Of Belene And Pazardzhik, Namely: - Specific Position No. 1: Performance Of Agrotechnical Services And Loading And Unloading Activities Of Agricultural Produce For The Needs Of The Ta Town Of Belene Of The State Enterprise Prison Case Fund; - Specific Position No. 2: Performance Of Agrotechnical Services And Loading And Unloading Activities Of Agricultural Produce For The Needs Of The Pazardzhik Tp Of The State Enterprise Prison Case Fund; The Needs Of Agrotechnical Services And Loading And Unloading Activities Of Agricultural Products Of The Territorial Division Of The Dpfzd In The City Of Pazardzhik (Bgn 7,800.00 Excluding Vat) Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Determined Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Public Procurement. In This Regard, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop The Contracting Authority Will Assign The Needs Of A Territorial Division Of The Dpfzd In The City Of Pazardjik According To The Order Valid For Its Individual Value (Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop), And The Needs Of A Territorial Division In The City Of Belene According To The Order Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
