Computer Back-Up Services – Procurement, Implementation And Configuration Of An Enterprise Backup Solution. The Städtisches Klinikum Dessau Intends To Purchase, Implement And Configure An Enterprise Backup Solution. The Backup Solution Currently Used Is Outside Of Official Support. Particularly In The Healthcare Sector, There Are Particularly High Demands On It Security And Data Integrity, Including In Connection With Patient Data In Accordance With Art. 9 Gdpr (Special Categories Of Personal Data). The Subject Of The Tender Is The Procurement, Implementation And Configuration Of An Enterprise Backup Solution In Accordance With The Master Architecture Defined By The Client (See “Appendix Master Architecture”). By Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Undertakes To Plan, Offer And Implement All Services Exclusively On The Basis Of The Specified And Binding Parameters. Deviations Or Additions Are Only Permitted With Prior Written Approval From The Client. The Service Description Therefore Represents The Sole Basis For The Preparation Of The Offer, The Implementation And The Operation Of The Enterprise Backup Solution, Including The Associated Server Infrastructure. The Aim Is To Put Into Operation A Scalable, Audit-Proof And Secure Backup Environment That Guarantees Operational Security, Compliance Requirements And Efficient Recovery Processes.
