The Contracting Authority Wishes To Appoint A General Contractor For The Renovation Of An Existing Villa And The Construction And Complete Finishing Of An Associated New Residential Home For Eleven Residents With An Intellectual Disability Where A Supervisor Is Present 24/24 And 7/7, Including The Construction Of The Outdoor Areas And In Accordance With The Architects Design, Which Will Be Further Discussed Within The Construction Team. Tenderers Are Expected To Include Technical Qualitative Improvement Proposals In Their Quotation With Regard To The Design And That A Constructive Dialogue Can Be Started About This. This Creates A Construction Team Between The Contracting Authority, The Design Team And The Selected Tenderer.
