Electrical Machinery, Apparatus, Equipment And Consumables; Lighting – Retender - Eu Tender Regarding Delivery, Installation And Operation Of Charging Points For Electric Buses. Bat (Bornholms Amts Trafikselskab) Is In The Process Of Replacing The Current Diesel-Powered Buses With Electric Buses, Some Of Which Have Already Been Purchased. It Is Expected That Bat Will Have 20 Electric Buses In Operation In Q2 2026. Bat And Bornholms Regional Municipality (Hereafter Brk) Therefore Want To Establish A Charging Facility With 20 Charging Points For The Electric Buses. The Actual Purchase Of The Electric Buses Is Not Part Of The Current Tender. This Tender Is A Re-Tender And Concerns The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of Charging Points For Charging The Electric Buses, As Well As The Supply And Installation Of Lighting And The Set-Up And Installation Of Camera Surveillance. In Addition, The Tender Concerns All Necessary Electrical Work Between Transformer Stations And The Charging Points, As Well As The Planning And Execution Of All Excavation Work That Is Necessary For The Charging Facility, Including The Establishment Of Slabs Between The Bus Charging Stations And Pavements At The Charging Facility. Finally, The Tender Also Concerns The Operation And Maintenance Of The Charging Points As Well As The Software Solution For A 4-Year Period After Handover Of The Facility, With The Possibility Of An Extension Of Two (2) Times One (1) Year. The Charging Facility Will Be Located On A Plot Of Land At Industriveg 10, 3700 Rønne. The Area Has Been Prepared For The Charging Facility Shortly Before The Tender, Which Is Why Existing Orthophotos Will Not Be Accurate In Relation To The Conditions That The Supplier Will Encounter At The Start Of The Project. The Land, Which Is Currently Used By Bat As A Bus Terminal, Will Continue To Function As A Bus Terminal During The Construction Period, And The Central Bus Stop, Which Can Be Seen In The Orthophotos, Will Only Be Removed When The Charging Station Is Completed. The Driving Area Is Gravelled, And This Must Continue To Be The Case In The Completed Charging Facility. In The Tender Material, Both The Designations Supplier And Contractor Are Used. These Designations Are Synonyms In The Present Material, And Denote The Winning Tenderer, As Well As His Subcontractors With Whom The Contract Is Entered Into. Reference Is Also Made To The List Of Definitions In The Requirements Specification. The Tendered Work Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents.
