It Concerns The Manufacture Of 4 Electric Capstans Of 5 Tonnes, 9 Electric Capstans Of 15 Tonnes (Including 2 Removable), 3 Electric Capstans Of 7 Tonnes And 2 Removable Winches Of 15 Tonnes. The Capstans And Winches Will Be Installed On Site By Teams From The Port Equipment Department. The Services Include The Manufacture Of Capstans And Winches Accompanied By The Associated Technical Documentation, Transport Costs And Delivery To Site.
