The T.I.C.E Union Wishes To Carry Out Two Consecutive Projects, Firstly An Extension Of Its Maintenance Workshop And In The Second Phase The Structural Work Of A Refectory Building. The Contract Provides For The Construction Of The Enclosed And Covered Workshop With Completion As A Partial General Contractor With A Surface Area Of ​​Approximately 1,500M2 And A Built Volume Of Approximately 9,000M3. The Office Part Will Be Made Of Concrete And The Hall Part Of A Metal Structure With Concrete Slabs, Slabs And Walls. The Facade Of The Hall Is Made Of Sandwich Panels, The Roof Will Be Made Of Steel Deck, Insulation And Epdm Waterproofing.
