Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – In-House Award Of A Public Service Contract For Transport Services In Local Public Road Transport In Accordance With Article 5 Paragraph 1 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 In Conjunction With Section 108 Gwb To An In-House Operator. 1. The Saale-Holzland District, As The Responsible Body For Local Road-Based Public Transport In Its Area, Is Responsible For Awarding A Public Service Contract (Öda) For Public Passenger Transport Services. 2. The Direct Award Of The Öda Is Intended To Be Made To The Following Operator: Jes Verkehrsgesellschaft Mbh, Borgfeldtstraße 4, 07607 Eisenberg, Thuringia, Germany; Telephone: 036691 4990, Fax: 036691 49944; Email: Info@Jes-Eisenberg.De 3. The Intended Öda Covers Regional Public Passenger Transport Services With References To Jena City Transport As A Total Service. According To Current Planning, The Operating Performance As Of August 9, 2027 Will Include Approximately 2.48 Million Timetable Km In The Form Of Regular Services, Special Forms Of Regular Services And Regular Scheduled Services. The Award Also Includes The Transport Services Of The Outgoing Lines To The Neighboring City Of Jena As Well As The Burgenland District And The Weimarer Land District. The Scheduled Services Covered As Of August 9, 2027 Are Shown In The Supplementary Document (See Section ...). 4. It Should Be Noted That The Volume Of Traffic Recorded By The Öda May Reduce And/Or Increase During Its Term And Until The Start Of Operations. Qualitative Or Quantitative Changes Can Be Caused In Particular By Changing Transport Needs, Monetary Conditions And The Respective Local Transport Planning. In Addition To The Type, Scope And Quality Of Passenger Transport Services, Transport Tariffs May Also Be Subject To Future Changes. 5. It Is Intended To Grant The Operator An Exclusive Right Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Lit. F Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007 To Protect The Transport Services That Will Be The Subject Of The Öda.
