The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Development And Implementation Of A Comprehensive Digital Platform - The Visitmałopolska System, Which Is The Main Tool For Tourist Promotion Of The Region. The System Will Be The Successor To The Current Portal And Application, Based On Modern Technologies (Headless Cms, Ai). The Order Includes The Development And Launch Of 5 Integrated Elements: 1. National Portal (Visitmalopolska.Pl): Information Service For Polish-Speaking Tourists. 2. Foreign Portal (Malopolska.Travel): A Website Dedicated To Foreign Tourists, With A Separate Information Architecture, Graphic Design And Dedicated Content In English. 3. Cycling Subportal (Narowery.Visitmalopolska.Pl): A Specialized Website Promoting Bicycle Tourism And The Velomałopolska Route Network. 4. Native Mobile Application (Android/Ios): Application Acting As A Personal Guide And Navigation, Working Online And Offline, Supporting 3D Maps And Audio Guide. 5. Cms System: Central Content Management Panel In A Multi-Site Architecture, Enabling Independent Management Of All The Above Channels. Main Functionalities And Requirements: • Artificial Intelligence (Ai): Implementation Of Advanced Ai Modules, Including: Route Planner (Route Planning), Intelligent Route Description Generator, Website Assistant (Chatbot) And A Recommendation System. • Cycling Features: Interactive Maps, Elevation Profiles, Surface Analysis And A System For Reporting Faults On Trails. • Availability: Full Compliance With The Wcag 2.1/2.2 Standard At Aa Level. • Infrastructure: The System Will Be Hosted On The Ordering Partys Infrastructure. The Scope Of Work Also Includes: • Development Of A Functional Design And Complete Graphic Designs (Ux/Ui) For All Elements Of The System. • Migration Of Content From The Existing M_Msit System (Including Articles, Pois And Multimedia) To New Structures. • Delivery Of Computer Equipment (Laptops, Monitors) And Graphics/Video Editing Software Necessary To Complete The Order. • Conducting Training For Editors And Administrators. • Providing Warranty, Maintenance And System Development Services (Within Development Hours).
