In The Event That The Components Of The Subject Of Performance Do Not Meet The Minimum Conditions Set By The Procurement Documentation, The Participant In The Procurement Procedure Will Be Excluded According To § 48 Zzvz. In This Context, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Verify The Correctness, Completeness And Truthfulness Of The Given Facts In The Offer, At The Expense Of The Supplier.
