The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 716 Includes: • Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 716 On The Section From Km 13+030 To Km 18+516; • Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Intersections Of Provincial Road No. 716 With District Road No. 4303E; • Expansion And Reconstruction Of Sections Of District Road No. 4303E; • Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 716 With Municipal Road No. 116322E; • Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 116322E; • Demolition And Construction Of Culverts Under The Provincial Road; • Demolition And Construction Of New Sidewalks; • Construction Of Bus Bays; • Demolition Of Existing And Construction Of Exits Along The Provincial Road Along With The Construction Of Covered Ditches; • Reconstruction Of Road Ditches; • Construction Of Drainage; • Construction Of Storm Sewage Sections; • Construction Of Discharge Ditches; • Construction Of Access Roads To Maintain The Constructed Discharge Ditches; • Reconstruction Of Existing Drainage Ditches; • Construction And Expansion Of Street Lighting, Including Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings; • Construction Of A Technological Channel; • Reconstruction And Protection Of The Existing Network Infrastructure: Electricity, Telecommunications, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewage; • Planting Trees And Shrubs; • Horizontal And Vertical Markings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Design Documentation (Construction, Executive And Technical Designs) And Stwiorbs In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law. 2. When Carrying Out The Task Covered By This Order, Measures Should Be Taken To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, As Referred To In The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs. 3. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Article 121 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Relating To: Execution Of Bituminous Layers Of The Road Structure (Base Layer And Binding And Wearing Course). This Requirement Does Not Apply To The Production And Transport Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, To The Existing Contractor Of Services Or Construction Works, An Order Consisting In The Repetition Of Similar Services Or Construction Works, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Contract, Up To The Amount Of Pln 28,443,640.87 Net.
