Heating, Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installation Work – New Construction Of A 4-Field Sports Hall - Kgr 45 Air Conditioning Systems. The Following Components Are Implemented In The Ventilation Systems: 2 Ventilation Units With Heat Recovery For The Sports Hall And Adjoining Rooms, Including Sanitary Facilities, Changing Rooms, With An Air Volume Of 10,800 M³/H And 7,700 M³/H Each, As Well As An Air Heater For The Sports Hall System With An Output Of 85 Kw; The Pipe Network Is Approx. 550 M² In Tightness Class C And Has 56 Fire Dampers. According To The Rules Of Procurement Law, Only The Contractual Conditions Of The Client Specified In The Procurement Documents Are Decisive In A Procurement Procedure. Differing Delivery, Payment And Other Contractual Conditions Of A Bidder, Both As General Terms And Conditions And In The Form Of Individual Contractual Conditions, Are Therefore Irrelevant And Under No Circumstances Become Part Of The Contract. To Ensure That The Offer Is Complete, The Priced List Of Services Must Be Submitted. The Standard Prices Entered In The List Of Services (To Be Saved In Text Form As A Pdf) Are Decisive. The Complete Tender Documents Are Only Available For Download On The German Evergabe Procurement Portal. Questions About The Procedure As Well As All Communication Between Those Involved And The Contracting Authority Will Be Answered Exclusively Via The Above-Mentioned. Tender Portal. Those Involved Are Therefore Required, In Their Own Interest, To Register There Free Of Charge And To Regularly Check The Mailboxes Set Up There For New Information From The Awarding Authority. Bidder Questions Are Updated And Answered There In A Question-And-Answer Catalog. Bidding Questions Should, If Possible, Be Submitted Via The Procurement Portal Up To 8 Days Before The Bidding Deadline Expires. Bidder Questions That Are Not Asked In A Timely Manner May Remain Unanswered. Please Note Any Information Provided About Any Changes And Additions! Any Changes To The List Of Services Automatically Become Part Of The Contract, Even If You Are Not Aware Of A Forwarding. Only Electronic Offers Are Permitted. Therefore, There Will Be No Submission Where Bidders Can Be Present. In The Event That The Best Bidder Is Finally Eliminated As A Contractual Partner Before The Service Has Been Fully Provided Due To Termination, Insolvency Or For Another Reason, The Client Reserves The Right To Offer The Remaining Work To The Other Bidders In The Order Of The Result Of This Procedure Up To 5Th Place. The Resulting Additional Costs Must Be Borne By The Previous Contractor From The Perspective Of Replacement Work. The Possibility Of A Change Based On This Successor Clause Does Not Open The Way To Renegotiations. A Successor Must Be Prepared To Process The Remaining Order Based On His/Her Offer.
