This Is A Contract In Phases, Including A Firm Phase Relating To The Support Of Infrabels C75 Screening Train, The Support Of Infrabels P93 Sleeper Renewal Train, The Renewal Of Ballast With Or Without Foundation Renewal, The Rectification Of The Track Layout, The Renewal (Raising And Lengthening) Of Platforms And The Partial Equipment Of The Renewed Platforms As Well As A Conditional Phase Relating To The Completion Of The Part Of The Equipment Of The Docks. The Execution Of Work Generates Significant Co2 Emissions. Infrabel Aims To Reduce Its Co2 Emissions During The Execution Of Its Public Works Contracts. Achieving This Ambition Is Only Possible With The Active Commitment Of Its Co-Contractors. For This Reason, The Clauses Of The Co2 Performance Scale Are Applicable In This Public Procurement, By Which Bidders Striving To Reduce Their Co2 Emissions Are Rewarded By The Granting Of An Advantage In The Ranking Of Bids.
