Information Technology Services – Electronic System Of The Ucm Registry. The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of An Electronic Registry System, Which Will Fully Meet All The Functional, Technical And Legislative Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority Specified In The Tender Documents. The Implementation Of The New Electronic Registry System (Hereinafter Referred To As Esr) Represents An Important Step In The Digital Transformation Of The University Of St. Cyril And Methodius In Trnava (Hereinafter Referred To As Public Contracting Authority Or Ucm). The Esr Should Reflect The Current Requirements For The Electronicization Of Public Administration, Ensuring The Legally Relevant Management Of Electronic Documents, Integration With Key Public Administration Systems And Alignment With The Strategic Documents Of The Slovak Republic In The Field Of Digitization And Computerization. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In Chapter B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents, In Appendix No. 11 Contract For The Supply Of The Software Work And Contract For The Provision Of Services For The Software Work Of The Tender Documents.
