The Marketing Area Is To Be Allocated Using This Negotiation Process For Commercial/Industrial Settlements For The Construction And Operation Of A Container Depot Or An Empty Container Depot By Concluding A Property Contract. A Company Should Be Located On The Marketing Area That Undertakes To Set Up And Operate A Container Depot Or An Empty Container Depot That Meets The Following Minimum Requirements: A) Minimum Development: Surface Paving (At Least Paving) With Appropriate Drainage Systems And Fencing B) Guaranteed Minimum Operation: 100 Container Movements/Day (Gate-In And/Or Gate-Out; Not Container Movement On The Marketing Area) C) Min. 10 Spaces For Container Repair D) Capacity For Repairing At Least 50 Containers Per Day E) Offering The Following Repair Standards: (1) International Convention For Save Containers (Csc) Standard, (2) Institute Of International Container Lessors (Iicl) Standard, (3) Unified Container Inspection & Repair Criteria Revision (Ucirc) And (4) Cargo Worthy (Cw) Standard (Each In The Current Version) F) Qualified Container Inspection According To Csc, Iicl, Ucirc And/Or Cw Criteria (See Above) And G) Qualified Container Cleaning. The Marketing Area Can Be Used To Operate All Work And Transactions Related To This Business Operation, Although The Character Of A Container Depot Or An Empty Container Depot Associated With The Concession Must Be Retained. An Express Operating Obligation In This Sense Is Agreed. Jwp-M Will Check Whether These Settlement-Related Minimum Requirements Are Met As Soon As Applications For Participation Have Been Received. In Order To Demonstrate That The Minimum Requirements Are Met, A Short Settlement Concept (No More Than Two Din-A 4 Pages) Must Be Submitted With The Application For Participation. Applications For Participation That Do Not Contain A Settlement Concept - Even After A Corresponding Additional Request - Or That Contain A Settlement Concept That Does Not Reflect The Aforementioned Minimum Requirements Will Be Excluded From The Further Procedure. It Is Clarified That The Above Minimum Requirements Are Also Bindingly Agreed Upon As Part Of The Property Contract As Obligations Of The Settler.
