Urban Planning Services – Homann Urban Development Competition - Terrain. The Homann Company Has Operated An Important Production Site On Bahnhofstrasse In Dissen Atw For A Period Of Around One And A Half Centuries. At The End Of 2022, Production At The Site Was Completely Stopped; The Company Premises Have Been Unused Since Then. The Area Is Located Entirely Within The Built-Up Area Of Dissen Atw And A Short Distance From The City Center. This Location Results In Both Special Development Potential And The Need To Quickly Reorganize The Site And Integrate It Into The Urban Context Of The City. The Former Company Premises Were Acquired By Oleg (Osnabrücker Land-Entwicklungsgesellschaft Mbh - Involved: Lk Osnabrück, Municipalities Of Osnabrück And Savings Banks) On Behalf Of The City Of Dissen Atw. At The Same Time, The Area And Adjacent Areas Were Included In The Urban Development Funding Program For Growth And Sustainable Renewal Of The Federal Government And The State Of Lower Saxony In 2024. The Defined Urban Redevelopment Area Covers An Area Of Around 20 Hectares. Against This Background, The City Of Dissen Atw Has Decided To Hold An Urban Development Competition For The Centrally Located Areas.
