Construction Work – All-State Layout Work For All La Poste Sites In Departments 16 And 17. La Poste Wishes To Set Up A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement For The Execution Of All Trades Layout Work On All Of Its Administrative, Commercial And Industrial Establishments Located In Departments 16 And 17. The Contractor Must Intervene For The Following Trades And Areas Of Work: Painting, Structural Work, Masonry, Carpentry, Locksmithing, Metalwork, False Ceilings, Ceilings, Interior Carpentry, Removable Walls, Mobile Walls, Plastering, Partitioning, Lining, Technical Insulation From The Inside, Floor And Wall Coverings, Flexible Floors (Pvc Floors, Linoleum, Etc.), Hard Floors, Tiling, Earthenware, Vrd (Roads And Miscellaneous Networks), High Current/Low Current Electricity, Glazing, Etc. The Work Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Project But Also As Part Of Restoration Following Precautionary Measures (Exceptional, Disaster, Etc.). The Number Of Sites Affected By The Works Is Estimated At 187 And Represents An Area Of Approximately 59,000 M². These Figures Are Given For Information Purposes Without This Constituting A Commitment On The Part Of La Poste. The Number Of Beneficiaries Envisaged For This Lot Is: 3. The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement For This Lot Is Set At €780,000 Excluding Tax, Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Renewal Periods Included. For This Lot, Orders Placed Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Distributed Among The Successful Bidders According To The Competitive Bidding Procedures Described Below. A Framework Agreement Will Be Signed Between La Poste And Each Successful Bidder At The End Of The Consultation. If The Need For Work Exceeds €7,500 Excluding Tax, La Poste Will Put All The Successful Bidders Out To Tender. The Offers Will Be Judged According To The Criteria Announced In The Consultation Documents. If The Need For Work Is Less Than €7,500 Excluding Tax, La Poste Will Place An Order With A Single Successful Bidder Without Competitive Bidding.
