Medical Consumables - Davinci Consumables - Year 2026. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Provision Of Hand Tools, Consumables, And Training Required For Surgical Procedures Performed By The National Institute Of Oncology Using Davinci Robots (Currently Used By The Contracting Authority: Type X, Xi) For Surgical Procedures, As Specified In The Technical Description And Draft Contract. The Bidder Must Offer A Product In Factory New Condition That Has Not Been Used Before. The Purchase Also Includes Delivery To The User Unit. The Framework Amount Of The Purchase Is Huf 1,550,000,000 Net, 70% Of Which Ak Undertakes To Draw Down. 16/2012 Is Not Required By The Tenderer. (Ii. 16.) Govt. Decree Obligates The Mandatory Goods Discount Obligation According To Section 6 (1) Paragraph, But At The Same Time Provides Bidders With The Opportunity To Provide A Discount Specified In Goods According To Their Choice, I.E. Goods Discount (Goods Discount Provided According To The Free Choice Of The Bidder), The Quantity And Composition Of Which Is Freely Determined By The Bidder. According To The Bidders Free Choice, Data Regarding The Goods Discount Provided Must Be Indicated On The Declaration Provided In The Bidding Documentation And Attached To The Bid. The Equipment And Services To Be Procured Are Ordered By Means Of An Individual Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract. The Amount Of Equipment And Services To Be Procured Was Determined By The Bidder As A Planned Quantity For Information Purposes, Bearing In Mind That The Amount Of Specific Equipment And Services To Be Procured May Vary Depending On The Number And Nature Of The Surgical Interventions. The Contracting Authority Also Defined The Planned Quantity Determination As Such That The Quantity Of The Actual Orders May Not Change Significantly During The Entire Duration Of The Contract. Ak Draws Attention To The Fact That Kbt. With Regard To Point C) Of § 73, Paragraph (6), An Offer That Contains A Higher Offer Unit Price For Any Item Than The Maximum Net Unit Prices Specified By Ak In The Detailed Technical And Price Table Is Invalid. The Detailed Technical Expectations And The Detailed Expectations Related To The Fulfillment Of The Contract Are Contained In The Technical Description And Draft Contract Provided As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents.
