The Software Must Be Capable Of Real-Time Control And Recording Of Servo-Hydraulic Test Cylinders, Including Analog And Digital Signals. Further Requirements Are The Presence Of Integrated Methods For Signal Classification, Mathematical Signal Operations As Well As The Possibility Of Generating Artificial Signals And Iteratively Processing Non-Proportional Load Matrices. The System Must Be Modular And Compatible With Ms Windows 11 And The Older Mts Controllers. In Addition, A 24-Hour Service With Monthly Billing For Five Years Must Be Guaranteed.
