Refuse Collection Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The Ożarowice Commune In 2026-2028. 1) Order Called Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The Ożarowice Commune In The Years 2026-2028 Includes: A) Collection And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) And Segregated Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Ożarowice Commune, Excluding Waste Related To Running A Business. B) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Segregated From A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. C) Equipping The Property With Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L, 240 L For Collecting Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste And In Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L, 240 L And/Or Bags For Selective Waste Collection. D) Equipping The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point With Containers With A Capacity Of 120 L, 1100 L And Containers With A Capacity Of 3 M3, 7 M3 For Collecting Municipal Waste. E) Organizing At Least Once A Year The Collection Of Bulky Waste In Designated Places For A Given Village In The Form Of An Action Or A Tour Of The Entire Commune With Waste Collection From Outside The Property. F) Organizing A Collection Of Textiles And Clothing At Least Once A Year, In The Form Of A Tour Of The Entire Commune With Waste Collection From Outside The Property. G) Organizing And Conducting Ecological Education In Educational Institutions. 2) The Estimated Amount Of Waste Is 7505 Mg And 10% Under The Option Law. The Minimum Guaranteed Amount Of Waste Corresponds To 70% Of The Maximum Gross Remuneration. 3) The Subject Of The Order, Including The Terms Of Execution Of The Order, Are Determined By: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; B) Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5) The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. 6) The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
