The performance onsite warranty for the complete solution shall be 5 years, for the complete unit supplied and installed at site from the date of this certificate. The construction and functionality of the box include the understated: - WASH COAT Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP):- with thickness 3mm, coil thickness 0.25 (Top & Bottom) of 10 years warranty; ACP Alloy Grade AA1100; Tensile strength Min 110 Newton; ACP Core Spec of 1st recycled LDPE and 360 degree bendable warranty of 10 years. Graphics film and Over laminate– Graphic film applied on ACP is high quality Cast vinyl of thickness 60 Microns without adhesive when measured using ASTM standard of measurements. The Adhesive of the film is a Grey colored pigmented adhesive and it shall stick, without the use of an activator such as solvents or heat on any metallic and painted, primed, polished and Clean surfaces free from any grease or silicone without producing wrinkles, rolling up, tearing or detaching. The adhesive of the film should be a pressure activated adhesive providing repositionability and has in built air release channels to provide a bubble free application. The liner of the Film should be a high-quality Paper liner which has a polyethylene coating on both sides to provide excellent lay flatness while converting. The Graphic film should not contain any Heavy metals in its construction and should be compliant with the limits of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and its Subsequent amendments. The Film should not contain at greater than 0.1% by weight a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) substance identified according to Article 59 of REACH. The film should have fire retardant properties and should have a flame spread index of 5 or less and Smoke spread index of 0 when tested as per ASTM E 84 standard of flammability testing. The film should also comply with ASTM E 162-94 flammability standard and should have a Flame spread index of less than 1.90. The name of the manufacturer / brand should be clearly displayed on the liner. Over laminate - The graphic film must be protected using Matt finished high-performance cast over-laminate with not more than 2mil thickness. Laminate must be designed for Flat and smooth application. It should also possess Resistance to mild alkalis, mild acids and salt, additionally resists occasional fuel spills. This product qualifies Flame Spread Index 15, smoke development index 10 as per product flammability test conducted by ASTM-E84 standard method. This product does not exceed the maximum concentration values (MCVs) for phthalates set under EU Directive 2011/65/EU(RoHS recast/RoHS 2), as amended by EU 2015/863, which applies to finished EEE after July 22, 2019 for Category 1-7, 10-11 products and after July 22, 2021 for Category and 9 products. This means that each of the homogenous materials within this product does not exceed the MCV of 0.1% (by weight) for each of the following phthalates: DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP. Printing – UV Wide Format Printing with Inks manufactured by Media manufacturer or Media manufacturer’s Co-branded Inks on Wide Format Digital Printer designed for indoor & outdoor application with excellent print quality and weather durability. Print Substrate can be printed with 600 dpi printing mode for excellent quality printing. Ink configuration should be 6 color printing process - Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan, Light Magenta Inks to maintain excellent print quality and color production consistency. Recommended printer must possess GREENGUARD / GREENGUARD GOLD Certified Inks from OEM Supplier. Ink Layer should not peel, crack or fade away from base film used in the intended print application. Inks must be designed for indoor/ outdoor application with excellent print durability. The Total solution (Vinyl + Over Laminate) during the Performance Life as mentioned in the specification is backed by warranty for 3 years from manufacturer, recorded and supplied in E-document form valid for film printed using a recommended printing platform applied with a suitable over-laminate film for protection and then installed. The warranty covers failures against fading, cracking, peel off, blistering, excessive dimensional changes, manufacturing defect except for physical vandalism, arson, natural calamities, or intentional damage. Construction:- The surface preparation and the application should be done using manufacturers recommended procedures and the warranty should be provided by manufacturer directly. Powder Coated MS Square Iron Pipe of 1inch of 16-18 gauge for inner framing and strength; Acrylic 5mm 8mm shape (laser/router machine) cut letters along with all ISI approved electrical fittings; Silica for ACP fixing; MS Square Iron Angle 35/5 would be used for strength to the Sign Solution.
