Tender For Certain Repair To Footpath, Hardstanding, Chaquered Tiles And Area Drainage At Zone D Under Age (I) Raiwala- 1 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specifiedand directed. 2 M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate)in sub base of flooring/ hard standing /footpath 3 Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. 4 M&Lfor heavy duty colouredtiles (dark shade) with chequered, plain or recess finish at top of size 300X300X 8 to 10 mm thick as in floor /path/paving etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchthe existing surface over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick, rubber finished,asin floorslaid over15 mm thick screed bedin cement mortar1:6jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including removalof old materialsfrom site not exceeding 100 meter, (ISI marked)completecomplete all as specified and directed 6 Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges 7 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc including removing demilished material exc 50 mtrs not exc 100mtrs,complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for brick work built in CM 1:6 with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,complete all as specified. 9 M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in coping. 10 M&L rendering 15 mm on brick/concrete surfaces fair faces in CM (1:4) finished surfaces even and smooth using extra cement and mixed with intergral water proofing compound (WPC),complete all as specified . Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item ) 11 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specifiedand directed. 12 M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains,complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply only liquid intergral water proofing compound,complete all as specified. 14 Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. 15 Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cu. M, getting out in Soft/ disintegrated soil, 16 M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. 17 M & L for Removing excavated materialls and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 Mtr at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed. 18 S & F of mild steel work as in, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe – 290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and directed. 19 --Ditto-- as per above item but except material but incl fabrication 20 Dismantlingfencing wire mesh any type 21 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire. 22 Supply only Chain link MS Galvanized fencing, any size or type 23 Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, includingwith screwed ends, nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls etc. king rods and straining bolts confomiing to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 24 S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type ofstandard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossingwith and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etcas directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to bemeasured for the purpose of payment. 25 M&L for removal of vegitation growth and bushes etc n.exc. 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50m and clearing the site complete all as specified and directed. 26 Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type ofstandard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossingwith and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etcas directed. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to bemeasured for the purpose of payment. 27 M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm in width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide primercomplete all as specified. 28 M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descripton over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint First quality all as specified and directed .
