Tender For Special Repair Conversation Of Old Rusted Gi/Ci Distribution Pipe Line In Dogra Line And Special Repair/ Replacement Of Old Rusted Gi/Ci Distribution Pipe Lines At Ra Line At Nasirabad Mil Stn Under Ge Nasirabad.; 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation or laying/taking out existing pipe etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed 2 Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Removing excavated material soil not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Taking up or down cast iron/GI steel tubing with all fittings connection, from trenches, walls, floors etc including cleaning for reuse, removal from site complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes :- 5 CI/GI pipe 150 mm bore 6 CI/GI pipe 100 mm bore 7 CI/GI pipe 80 mm bore 8 GI pipe 50 mm bore 9 GI pipe 40 mm bore 10 GI pipe 25 mm bore 11 GI pipe 20 mm bore 12 GI pipe 15 mm bore 13 Refixing, connecting, jointing and testing of old serviceble GI Pipe with all fittings , laid in trenches/fixing to walls retrieved from item 4 of here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :- 14 100 mm bore 15 80 mm bore 16 50 mm bore 17 40 mm bore 18 25 mm bore 19 20 mm bore 20 S & F3 layer PPR Polypropylene random copolymer , concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PPR plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings including fittings laid in trenches/fixed on wall, ceilings or in floors etc alongwith making good as per existing surface/floor etc complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:- 21 160 mm outer diameter of pipes 22 110 mm outer diameter of pipes 23 90 mm outer diameter of pipes 24 63 mm outer diameter of pipes 25 50 mm outer diameter of pipes 26 32 mm outer diameter of pipes 27 25 mm outer diameter of pipes 28 20 mm outer diameter of pipes 29 S & F tubes, medium grade (ISI marked), galvanized iron with and including all fitting (ISI marked) laid in trenches/fixed to wall/fixed on pillars, boring & use suitable ferrules for new/or as existing branch connection etc complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes :- 30 100 mm bore 31 80 mm bore 32 50 mm bore 33 Supply and fixing in replacement PPR gate valves (brass insert) as per requirement of the site with head, screwed both ends for jointing PPR pipe, complete all as specified and as directed suitable for following sizes:- 34 63 mm outer diameter of pipes 35 50 mm outer diameter of pipes 36 32 mm outer diameter of pipes 37 25 mm outer diameter of pipes 38 20 mm outer diameter of pipes 39 Supply & Fixing PPR Ball valve 25mm thick outer dia of pipe (brass insert) as per requirement of site with apoxy coated alluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for PPR pipe complete all as specified and directed. 40 Dismantling of existing RR masonry valve pit of size 1050mmx750mmx1000mm including stacking serviceable material and removal of unserviceable material to site complete all as specified and as directed. 41 M & L for construction of valve pit, stone masonry construction complete of size 1050mmx750mmx1000mm with mild steel sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement and lifting handle all as specified and shown on drawing. All internal surface and external surface upto 15 cm below normal ground level of stone masonry shall be plastered 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, finish even and smooth including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. 42 M&L for cutting of existing road/hard standing/Iinterlocking for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI Pipes for laying of pipe upto 150 mm dia borePipes including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4)type B1 to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. 43 Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of cast iron sluice valve of class PN 1.6 ISI marked confirming to IS 14846, both ends flanged with iron wheel head and brass spindle non rising type including necessary jointing material like nuts, bolts and washers, rubber gasket of following sizes including taking out of old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed :Note :- Cost of any repairs of valve pit for making good shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. No extra be admissible on this a/c. 44 150 mm bore 45 100 mm bore 46 80 mm bore 47 M&L for in replacement MS sheet cover/Angle iron/MS pipe/Nut bolt including fixing arrangement as per site remt & two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and as directed.
