The Subject Of The Order, Co-Financed By The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment For 2021-2027, No. Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-0025/24, Is To Carry Out, As Part Of The Third Planning Cycle, A Review And Update Of Flood Risk Management Plans Adopted By The Minister Of Infrastructure In The Form Of Regulations Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of October 18 And 26, 2022 On The Adoption Of Flood Risk Management Plans For The Odra, Vistula, Pregoła, Niemen, Elbe And Danube River Basin Areas (Available, Among Others, At Https://Stoppowodzi.Pl/Projekty-Apzrp/). The Review And Update Of Flood Risk Management Plans In The 3Rd Planning Cycle Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Water Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1087) And Directive 2007/60/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 October 2007 On The Assessment And Management Of Flood Risk. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Project Review And Update Of Flood Risk Management Plans In The 3Rd Planning Cycle (3.Pzrp), Project No.: Fenx.02.04-Iw.01-0025/24, Financed By The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (Feniks) 2021-2027 Program, Measure Fenx.02.04 Adaptation To Climate Change, Prevention Of Disasters, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project. The Scope Of This Order Includes The Following Tasks Included In The Project: - Task 1 - Review And Update Of Flood Risk Management Plans In The 3Rd Planning Cycle, - Task 2 - Information And Promotion Activities. The Scope Of This Order Does Not Include The Following Works Included In The Project, Which Will Be Implemented Under Separate Public Procurement: - Task 3 - Preparation Of Environmental Impact Forecasts And Carrying Out Sea, - Project Management. The Contractor Of Tasks 1 And 2 Which Are The Subject Of This Order Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contractors Of The Remaining Tasks, Including In Coordinating The Execution Of The Products Of Task 1 And Task 2 With The Remaining Tasks And Works Carried Out In The Project. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Note: The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law, Consistent With The Subject Of The Basic Procurement Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Consisting In Repeating Similar Procurements Included In Subtask 1.10.1 And/Or 2.10 And/Or 2.11 And/Or 2.12. Orders For The Above Services Will Be Fulfilled On Terms And Conditions Identical To Those Of The Basic Order.
