The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is To Ensure The Provision Of A Remote Health Service (Hereinafter Also The Service) Through An Online Communication Platform That Will Enable The Operators Of The Medical Operations Center Of The Medical Emergency Services Hl. City ​​Of Prague (Hereinafter Also Zzs Hmp) To Transfer The Caller From The Emergency Line 155 To A Professional Telemedicine Consultation In Indicated Cases. The Service Ensures That, In Cases Where The Callers Problems Are Not Acute And There Is No Indication For The Departure Of The Emergency Medical Service Crew (Hereinafter Also Ems), The Caller Can Be Connected To A Remote Health Care Provider After An Initial Evaluation, Who Will Take Them Under Their Care, Conduct A Professional Consultation And, If Necessary, Ensure Further Steps (E.G. Issuance Of An E-Prescription Or Recommendation For A Personal Examination). Remote Health Services Are Services Provided Outside A Medical Facility Through Remote Access, Using Information And Telecommunications Technologies Or A Medical Device, The Purpose Of Which Is To Assess And Set Up An Individual Treatment Procedure, Or Proposing Its Change Or Addition, And Other Consultations Supporting The Patients Decision-Making Regarding The Provision Of Health Services Carried Out By Another Health Service Provider Or A Health Worker Chosen By The Patient. The Service Provider Is Able To Provide Not Only A Software Solution, But Also The Provision Of Health Service Providers Who Provide Remote Health Services Through An Online Communication Platform With Continuous Operation 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week For Selected Cases Of Calls To Line 155, In Which An Emergency Call Is Not Indicated. Remote Health Services Will Be Provided Without Limitation Of The Patients Age, I.E. To Adult Patients As Well As Children And Adolescents Aged 0-18 Years, Through Remote Access In The Patients Own Social Environment, Or In The Place Of Its Current Occurrence, In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference, At A Professional Level, In Accordance With The Valid And Effective Legal Regulations Of The Czech Republic And While Maintaining The Ethical And Moral Values ​​Of The Behavior Of Healthcare Workers. The Remote Health Services Provided Do Not Serve To Provide Urgent Or Acute Care In The Sense Of The Definitions Of These Terms Given In Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services And Conditions For Their Provision, As Amended. Distance Health Services Do Not Replace The Comprehensive Provision Of Health Services, But Serve As An Alternative Contact Between The Patient And The Health Service Provider.
