Typical Quantitative Data Of The Delivered Works Of Art: - 232 Works Of Art - Total Insurance Amount Exceeds 12.7 Million Usd Net - The Highest Individual Insurance Value Of Works Of Art Reaches 1.1 Million Usd Net. Artifacts Are Shipped (And Returned) From The United States Of Mexico (5 Lending Institutions), The United States Of America (1 Lending Institution) And The Federal Republic Of Germany (1 Lending Institution). The Main Tasks Of The Successful Tenderer Are: • Road And Air Transport • Provision Of Rental Boxes, Packaging Material And Packaging Work Necessary For The Safe And Damage-Free Transport Of Artefacts, • Night Security Parking In A Guarded Area • Loading And Unloading Of Artefacts Onto Vehicles (With A Crane If Necessary), Moving Artefacts Within The Building, Moving Empty Crates, • Participating In The Unpacking And Packing Of Artefacts In The Museum; • Full-Scale Customs Administration (Including, If Necessary, A Customs Guarantee); • Administration Of Export Permits, Where Necessary; • Courier Administration • Taking Into Account The Detailed List Of Artefacts And Insurance Values, Taking Out Partial Artefact Insurance For The Artefacts Coming From Mexico Until They Arrive At The Museum Of Ethnography, From The Point Of Departure (Mexico) For The Duration Of The Transport, As Well As For The Return Transport, Starting From The Day When The Objects Leave The Building Of The Museum Of Ethnography And Arrive Back At The Original Location, In Mexico.
