The Delivery Includes Delivery, Arrangement, Installation - Assembly And Commissioning Of Professional Catering Equipment, Including: Undercounter Dishwasher, Shock Cooling And Freezing Device, Convection And Steam Oven With A Compatible Base, 6-Burner Gas Stove, Gas Stool, Multifunction Device, Egg Spotlight, Potato Peeler, Refrigerating Cabinet, Freezer Cabinet, Cooling Table, Hand Washbasins, Sinks, Sink Faucets, Faucets With A Sprayer, Shelves, Mobile Shelves, Trolleys For Universal Baskets, Trolleys For Transporting Plates, Etc. In Quantities And With Characteristics Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 8 To Swz 3.3. The Delivered Equipment Must Meet The Following Conditions: A) Have Ce Declarations, B) Be Accompanied By The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, In Polish, C) Have A Warranty Period Not Shorter Than That Specified For Individual Devices In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, With The Reservation Of The Ordering Party, D) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale.3.4. All Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device And Provided By The Manufacturers Service Network. The Supplied Equipment/Equipment Must Be New And Not For Exhibition Purposes, Without Any Third-Party Rights. When Submitting The Evidence In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged - For All Offered Devices, Equipment And Accessories - To Provide Information About The Manufacturers Name, Model Name / Manufacturers Catalog Number - It Is Required To Submit A Catalog Card And A Representative Photograph - According To Indications In Point 7.5. Sub-Item 7.5.1.1. 3.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Work Related To The Arrangement, Assembly And Installation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 2) Of The Public Procurement Law And Checking The Correctness Of Operation In The Presence Of Employees Designated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Train The Ordering Partys Staff (Approximately 7 People + / - 3 People) In The Operation Of The Supplied Equipment - Training At Least 4 Teaching Hours (1 Teaching Hour - 45 Minutes), At The Ordering Partys Premises, Including Issuing Training Certificates To Each Trained Person. The Ordering Party Will Provide A Catering Workshop To Conduct Training.
