In Order To Use Public Funds Effectively And To Be Able To Account For The Emission Cuts, It Is Important To Get A Status On How Big The Emission Reductions Are In Practice For Farm-Based Biogas Plants That Are Supported By The Value Creation Program For Renewable Energy And Technology In Agriculture, Administered By In. It Is Important To Correctly Report The Effects So That Agriculture Can Credit Its Emissions. There Are Currently No Reports Or Studies Of The Overall Climate And Environmental Impact Of Farm-Based Biogas Plants. There Is A Need For An Impact Study That Conducts Sampling At Various Farm Biogas Plants Over A Defined Period Of Time. Implementation Of The Impact Study Over The Course Of 5 Years, Innovation Norway Has Granted Investment Support To 25 Farm-Based Biogas Plants. The Intention Is That As Many As Possible Of These Biogas Plants Should Be Examined In The Impact Study And That Several Samples Should Be Collected Over A Period Of Time From Each Plant. The Assignment Entails Travel Activities To Conduct Sampling. See Appendix 2 For An Overview Of Where The Facilities Are Located.
