In All Cases, The Orders Are Preceded By A Consultation Between The Bidder And The Successful Tenderer In The Re-Opening Of The Competition. The Tenderers Task Is The Professional And On-Time Implementation Of Complex Event Organization Services Related To The Communication Field Of The Integrity Authority, As Well As The Production And Delivery Of Products Related To The Provision Of The Service Within The Framework Of A Business Contract. It Is The Task Of The Winning Bidders To Perform The Event Preparation And Organization Tasks At The Requested Events And Events, As Well As The Catering, Technical (Including Sound, Light And Projection Technology), Personnel, Accommodation, Image And Exhibition Tasks At The Events At The Highest Possible Professional Level. The Winning Bidders Are Responsible For Everything Specified By The Customer, E.G.: Transport Of Equipment From Location To Location, Production Of Event Materials, Provision Of Personnel, Storage Of Exhibition Installations, Etc. (Field Bt-24) To Change Planned Events. The Data Indicated In Relation To The Above Events Are Only Planned, The Number And Other Data Provided By The Bidder May Differ During The Re-Opening Of The Competition! The Tenderer Draws The Tenderers Attention To The Fact That The Name Of The Professional Offered For The M2) Minimum Eligibility Requirement Is Professional Offer! The Bidder Must Submit The Price Table Issued By The Bidder To Support His Offer Made On The Reading Sheet In Editable Excel And In A Corporately Signed Pdf Format.
