The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply By Purchase Of 28 (Twenty-Eight) Rotating Telescopic Front Loaders. The Rotating Telescopic Front Loaders Are Intended For The System Substations Of Eso Ead For Carrying Out Loading And Unloading Works, For Cleaning The Adjacent Terrains, Including For Work On The Electric Fields In The Substations And On The Overhead Lines Along The Transmission Lines Owned By Eso Ead. It Is The Duty Of The Contractor To Register The Delivered Machines With The Regional Directorate Agriculture, To Register With The Main Directorate Idtn At The State Agency For Metrological And Technical Supervision (Damtn) Their Hydraulic Work Site (Platform) And To Deliver The Machines To The Subcontractors Divisions, As Well As To Ensure Their Warranty Service Within The Warranty Period. The Term For The Delivery Of 28 (Twenty-Eight) Number Of Rotating Telescopic Front Loaders Is Up To 90 (Ninety) Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract Until The Acceptance Of The Equipment At The Address Of The Contractor - Before Its Registration.​​​​​​
