The Subject Of The Order Is The Selection Of Car Service Centers To Carry Out Current, Major Repairs, Including Delivery And Replacement Of Spare Parts, Materials, Consumables Related To These Repairs Of The Sanitary Cars Of Csmp - Pleven. The Participant Must Have Its Own Or Rented Service Base; 2. The Technical Equipment Of The Workshop Of Each Participant Should Include At Least The Following Technical Means: Stand For Electronic Diagnostics Of Damage - 1 Pc.; Undercarriage Repair Hoist Or Hydraulic Jack Or Duct - 1 Pc.; Headlight Adjustment Stand - 1 Pc. Tire Disassembly, Assembly And Balance Stand - 1 Pc.; Front And Rear Axle Adjustment Stand - 1 Pc.; Diagnostic Device For Diagnostics And For Removing Accumulated Computer Errors, Including Software For It For The Cars Owned By The Contracting Authority - 1 Pc.; Device For Defecting And Filling Car Air Conditioning Systems - 1 Pc.; Providing Security For Automotive Equipment And Equipment Awaiting Delivery Of Parts And Carrying Out Repairs. 3. When Carrying Out Technical Maintenance And Current Repairs, The Contractor Must Use Only New And Non-Recycled Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables In The Vehicle Equipment. 4. If Spare Parts That Are Not In Stock Are Needed, The Participant Should Arrange Their Delivery In The Shortest Possible Time. 5. The Participant Undertakes To Ensure In His Workshop The Reception Of The Contractors Automotive Equipment For Carrying Out Repairs With Priority - Within The Working Day After A Written Request Submitted By Fax, E-Mail Or A Telephone Call From A Person Authorized By The Contractor. 6. When The Car Arrives At The Workshop, The Contractor Prepares A Calculation That Describes The Cost Of The Future Repair (Labor And Spare Parts). After Confirmation By The Employer That He Accepts The Presented Calculation, The Contractor Performs The Repair. 7. The Repaired Cars Are Handed Over To The Contracting Authority With A Handover Protocol, Which Describes The Inserted And Dismantled Parts, Consumables And Labor (The Dismantled Parts Are Returned To The Contracting Authority). 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Invoice The Inserted Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables At A Price Equal To The Price At Which He Purchased Them From The Relevant Supplier. 9. For The Performed Repair, The Contractor Issues An Invoice, Indicating Separately The Price Of The Spare Parts And The Labor Involved.
