The Subject Of The Order Covers Construction And Repair Works (Crr), Related To The Restoration, Replacement And Modernization Of The Roof Structure And Repair Of The Internal Premises Under It - Kitchens, Canteens And Storage Rooms On The Second Floor Of The Social Home Building In The Town Of Tvarditsa. The Main Purpose Is: Ensuring Effective Drainage Of Rainwater And Removing Damage And Dampness On Internal Premises Caused By Leaks. The Object Is Located In The Town Of Tvarditsa, Within A Property With Identifier 72165.206.990 According To The Kkkr, Representing A Building - Part Of The Complex Of The Social Home, Including A Kitchen Block, Canteen And Storage Rooms. According To Art. 151 Of The Zut And Opinion No. Tv-P-2426/21.10.2025 Of The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa, The Planned Repair Works Satisfy The Definition Of Ongoing Repair And No Building Permit Is Required For Them. The Construction And Assembly Works Should Be In Accordance With The Types Of Smr Provided For In The Ccc. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Types And Quantities Of Smr And The Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Are Described In Detail And Regulated In The Technical Specification For The Object, An Integral Part Of These Instructions. Pursuant To The Provision Of Art. 48, Para. 2 Of The Zop To Be Considered Added Or Equivalent/S Wherever In These Guidelines, In The Technical Specification And/Or The Participation Documentation, Standards, Specifications, Technical Evaluations Or Approvals Are Indicated, As Well As When A Model, Source, Process, Trademark, Patent, Type, Origin Or Production Are Indicated. If Somewhere In The Documents It Is Indicated: A Specific Model, Trademark, Type, Patent, Origin, Production, Etc., The Contracting Authority Will Accept Any Offer When The Participant Proves With Any Relevant Document That The Solution Proposed By Him Corresponds In An Equivalent Way To The Requirements Defined In The Technical Specification. All Construction Materials That Will Be Used In The Execution Of The Public Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of The Current Bulgarian State Standards, Bds, En (Or Equivalent), Or If They Are Imported, Be Approved For Use On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Be Of A Quality That Meets The Warranty Conditions. Implementation With Non-Standard Materials Is Not Allowed. The Activities Planned For Implementation Should Meet The Requirements Of The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.
