The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Installation Of Furniture For The Furnishing Of The Stem Center At St. St. Cyril And Methodius Elementary School, Including, But Not Limited To: School Desks And Chairs, Height-Adjustable Chairs, Folding Tables, Conference Table, Desk With Drawers, Cabinets And Metal Racks, Upholstered Furniture (Stools, Sofas), Acoustic Panels, Laboratory Cabinets, Wall Stickers/Wallpapers, Etc., Detailed In The Technical Specification. ​​​​​​​​​The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes All The Activities Necessary For The Actual Use Of The Furniture, Namely: Delivery To The School Building And/Or To Another Premises For Temporary Storage, Determined By The Contracting Authority; Unloading And Transfer To The Specific Premises; Unpacking, Assembly And Installation Of The Furniture In The Stem Center And The Other Planned Premises; Performance Of Functional Samples/Testing As Well As Warranty Service According To The Terms Of The Contract Project. The Execution Of The Order Is Carried Out In Two Stages, According To The Technical Specification And The Draft Contract: - Stage I - Delivery Of The Furniture To The School Building And/Or To A Place Designated By The Employer For Temporary Storage, Including Unloading, Transfer And Delivery In Terms Of Quantity And Quality; - Stage Ii - Installation Of The Furniture In The Dedicated Stem Center And The Other Planned Premises After Ensuring Readiness For Installation, Performing Functional Samples/Testing And Final Acceptance.
