The Object Of The Order Is A Road Section Starting As The Deviation From The Third-Class Republican Road Iii-637 (Trun - Strezimirovtsi) - Vukan - Penkiovtsi - Trekljano - Gabreshevtsi - Zlogosh - Dragovishtitsa In The Center Of The Village Of Trekljano And Is Located In The North Direction To The Hamlet Stoikovtsi And A Deviation 160 M In The Northeast Direction. On This Section, The Transport Service For The Residents Of The Stoykovtsi Hamlet And The Adjacent Deviation Of 160 M With The Village Of Treklyano - The Municipal Center Is Implemented. The Road Has An Economic Importance For The Population Of The Stoykovtsi Hamlet And The Municipality, Expressed In Serving Agriculture, Logging, Animal Husbandry And Tourism. The Road Section From Km 0+000 To Km 0+061 Has An Old Asphalt Surface, And Then Until The End At Km 0+760 It Is Filled With Unsorted Crushed Stone With Insufficient Layer Thickness, And The Deviation Of 160 M Is A Black Section Without A Surface, Therefore In The Process Of Operating The Road Over The Years And The Natural Aging Of The Road Asphalt Surface Is The Reason For Its Partial Destruction And Pushing Out Of The Unsorted Crushed Stone, Which Resulted In The Formation Of Numerous Potholes, Local Areas Of Large Deformations And Ruts In The Unpaved Section. According To The Initial Data Prepared On The Basis Of A Visual Assessment Of The Condition Of The Road Section Subject To Major Repair, Including Damage And Defects On The Roadway, Assessment Of The Condition Of The Road Body, As Well As Assessment Of The Carrying Capacity Of The Roadway Is Provided For: Repairing Damaged Areas And Deformations In The Existing Asphalt Pavement With A Dense Asphalt Mixture With An Average Thickness Of 5 Cm - By Machine /Milling, Shaping, Cleaning, Making A Bitumen Spill, Delivery, Laying And Sealing, Filling The Joints With Bitumen Emulsion, Treatment With Stone Flour And All Related Costs/, Incl. And Transportation. Filling And Finishing Of The Road Base From Unsorted Crushed Stone (Unfractionated Rock Materials) In The Sections Without Asphalt Pavement. Construction Of A Road Base Of Unsorted Crushed Stone (Unfractionated Rock Materials) In The Unpaved Section (Black Section Of 160 M). Strengthening Of Two Sections With An Established Low Modulus Of Elasticity In The Range Of 20 To 30 Mpa, Namely Along The Main Route From Km 0+400 To Km 0+760 With A Length Of 360 M And In A Deviation Of 160 M From Km 0+75 To Km 0+160 With A Length Of 85 M. The Planned Strengthening Is Provided With The Implementation Of A Layer Of Bituminized Ballast (Ao) With E = 800 Mpa And 6 Cm Thick.
