Tender For Repairs To Road/ Path, Chequered Tiles, Hard Standing Etc At Army Land Under Ge(I) Campbell Bay.; 1 Demolition of cementconcrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (unreinforced) (below or above ground level) and removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Dismantling/ demolition of stone slabs/PCC chequered tiles of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc including screed/bedding layer laid in any cement mortar all as specified and as directed 3 M & L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base/sub floor, surface finished rough to receive topping layer all as specified and as directed 4 M & Lforchequered cement concrete tiles (300 x 300 mm) of 20-25mm thick,laid and including grey cement and pigmented, laid in cement slurry and pointed with grey cement with pigment to match the shade, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick to laying floor finish in CM (1:6)all as specified and as directed 5 M & L for providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as inbed/floor/ paving /hard standing, surface finishedfair and even complete all as specified and as directed 6 M & L for for forming construction (dummy) joints 65mm x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed. 7 Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applyingpriming/tack coat with usingviscocity grade paving bitumen(VG-10) at 05 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.80 kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.30 mm size and again well rammed with 8 to 10 ton road roller (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed. 8 M & L for preparing black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with Viscocity grade paving bitumen (VG -10)at 5Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified.and directed 9 M & L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using bitumen of grade VG-30 with min 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to gradient complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for two coats of water based painting as in lines, arrows, letters etc on roads,, pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide with road markingpaint, white or golden yellow as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repairs delinators ABS round body struts fitted with 02 Nos 100mm dia with 50micron high reflective reflector and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia 600mm long duly powder coated and rust proof including fixing of delinator on ground with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F in repairsdual directional reflective cat eye of PVC stud 100x100mm of any colour having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side fixed with adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all asspecified and directed.
