1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Remote Access Services To Electronic Publications For Readers Of The Wrocław School Library System.2. As Part Of The Provision Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should: 1) Provide Access To 7,300,000 Pages Of The Offered Publications (Number Of Readers: Up To 10,000); 2) Have In Its Offer At Least 30,000 Titles Of Fiction And Non-Fiction In The Form Of E-Books (In Polish); 3) Offer At Least 30,000 Titles Of Fiction And Non-Fiction In The Form Of Audiobooks And Synchrobooks (In Polish), Hereinafter Referred To As Electronic Publications.3. All Offered Titles Must Be Available In Polish And May Have Versions In Foreign Languages.4. Reading And Playing Shared Publications May Not Require The Reader To Have A Permanent Internet Connection.5. The Reader Will Have Access To The Offered Publications Both On Stationary And Mobile Devices - Including Readers, Among Others. Inkbook, Pocketbook.6. The Reader Will Gain Access To Selected Titles Using Access Codes Issued To Readers By The Ordering Party. Their Number Must Match The Number Of Readers. The Codes Must Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Access Codes No Later Than 2 Business Days From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract.7. All Shared Titles Will Be Available Simultaneously To An Unlimited Number Of Readers (Up To 10,000 Readers).8. The Reader Will Have The Opportunity To Gain Multiple Access To Each Of The Offered Titles.9. The Ordering Party Will Have Access To Statistical Data On The Number Of Titles Made Available To Readers And Access Codes.10. The Ordering Party Informs That The Service Must Enable Integration With The System: Sygnity Business Solutions Prolib Integro Multi-Search. The Book Catalog Is To Be Made Available By The Http Server In One File In Xml Format. The Prolib System Is Used By The Wrocław School Library System.11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Its Implementation Are Set Out In Annex 3 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
