1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Ul. Węglowa And Reconstruction Of Ul. Queen Jadwiga, Constituting A Communication Route, Along With Authors Supervision, As Part Of The Order Titled Reconstruction Of Ul. Węglowa And Ul. Królowej Jadwigi (Documentation). The Ordering Party Requires That The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Be Divided Into Two Stages Enabling The Implementation Of Each Road Separately: 1) Stage I - Reconstruction Of Ul. Węglowa,2) Stage Ii - Reconstruction Of Ul. Queen Jadwiga. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Prepare A Conceptual Design Of The Geometry Of The Road System, 2) Develop Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of Municipal Roads: Ul. Węglowa With A Length Of Approx. 1,017 M And Królowa Jadwiga With A Length Of Approx. 412 M,3) Will Prepare The Necessary Materials And Data For Design And Will Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Needs: Opinions, Arrangements, Consents Or Permits, Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements, Decisions, Approvals And Other Documents Which Are Obligatory To Obtain Under The Regulations,4) Will Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Construction Permit, With The Decision To The Contractor Will Also Obtain A Building Permit If The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Does Not Require Such A Decision - He Will Obtain It Pursuant To Art. 29 Section 5 Of The Construction Law: Instead Of Submitting A Notification Regarding The Construction Referred To In Section 1 Or Construction Works Referred To In Section 3, The Investor May Apply For A Building Permit Decision, In Connection With Section 3 Point 1 Letter D Of Article 29 Of This Act: It Does Not Require A Decision On A Building Permit, But Requires The Notification Referred To In Article 30, To Perform Construction Works Consisting Of: 1) Reconstruction Of: [...] D) Roads, Railway Tracks And Related Devices, Tram Tracks And Related Devices. Design And Cost Estimate On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations, Until The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Building By The Ordering Party, I.E. Until The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol, Which Will Confirm: Acceptance Of Construction Works And Delivery By The Construction Works Contractor Of: Complete As-Built Documentation, As-Built Geodetic Inventory And A Certificate From The Construction Supervision Authority On The Lack Of Grounds For Objection Or A Decision On The Occupancy Permit, While Performing Authors Supervision Is An Order Covered By The Option Right (§ 6 Of The Contract).
