1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Gozdnica Commune In The Scope Of: 1.1. Collection From Owners Of Residential Properties Of Any Amount Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, As Well As Selectively Collected Municipal Waste, Including: − Paper And Cardboard (150101; 200101), − Glass And Glass Packaging Waste (150107; 200102), − Plastics, Metals And Multi-Material Packaging, Including Household Chemicals (150102; 200139; 150104; 200140; 150105), − Biodegradable Waste (20 02 01), − Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste (20 03 07) The Above-Mentioned Waste Will Be Collected From Residential Properties.1.2. Waste Collection From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Divided Into Fractions: A) Expired Medicines And Chemicals (200132, 20 01 31, 15 01 10, 20 01 13), B) Used Batteries And Accumulators (200134), C) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment (200136, 20 01 23, 20 01 35),D) Furniture And Other Bulky Waste (200307),E) Construction And Demolition Waste (170101, 170102, 170107, 17 09 04),F) Used Tires With A Diameter Of Up To 120 Cm (160103),G) Textiles, Clothing (20 01 10, 20 01 11)H) Biodegradable Waste (200201),I) Paper And Cardboard (150101; 200101),J) Glass And Glass Packaging Waste (150107; 200102),K) Plastics, Metals And Multi-Material Packaging (150102),L) Other Hazardous Waste Separated From The Waste Stream Municipal (Including 20/01/21).1.3. All Of The Above Fractions Should Be Collected Selectively, I.E. Each Fraction Separately, Without Mixing Already Sorted Municipal Waste. The Collected Waste Will Be Transported To The Waste Recovery And Neutralization Installation Selected In A Separate Procedure, I.E. Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. Z O. O. Marszów 50 A68-200 Żary The Above Does Not Apply To The Fractions Listed In Point 1.2 Letters: A, B, C, L, Which The Contractor Will Collect And Manage On Its Own Within The Offered Price. Selective Collection Will Take Place In The Container-Bag System. The Ordering Party Allows For The Collection Of Segregated Waste With One Specialized Vehicle Without Mixing Individual Fractions Of Separately Collected Waste. 1.4. Equipping Inhabited Real Estate With Containers For Collecting Mixed (Unsegregated) Municipal Waste, And Bags Or Containers For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, Whereby The Collection Of Separately Collected Waste Should Be Provided: A) In The Area Of Multi-Family Buildings Where 20 Or More People Live - Containers B) In The Area Of Multi-Family Buildings Where Fewer Than 20 People Live - Containers Or Bags C) In The Area Single-Family Buildings - Bags Equip Pszok With 1100 L And Kp-7 Containers As Needed And With Smaller Containers For Other Fractions.1.5.
