The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Construction Of 10 Single-Family Residential Buildings In A Detached Semi-Detached And Terraced One- And Two-Unit Building On Plots No. 643, 644, 657, 658, 659, 660, 669, 646, 652, 653, District 0005 Voivodeship Lower Silesia, Ząbkowice Poviat, Bardo Commune. The Designed Facilities Qualify For Category I - Single-Family Residential Buildings. Ii. Intended Use And Utility Programintended Use: 4 Types Of Single-Family Residential Buildings Have Been Designed. The Buildings Are Intended For Year-Round Use And Equipped With Basic Technical Infrastructure In Terms Of Installations (Water, Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater, Central Heating, Electricity, Ventilation, Gas Installations - All Internal Installations Are Part Of A Separate Technical Design). One Type Of Commercial Premises Was Designed In Terms Of Functional Layout. Building Types Differ In The Way They Group Premises And Their Number:• Type 1 - Terraced Building With 3 Two-Unit Segments (6 Residential Units), 3 Buildings• Type 2 - Semi-Detached Building With 2 Two-Unit Segments (4 Residential Units), 3 Buildings• Type 3 - Detached Two-Unit Building (2 Residential Units), 2 Buildings• Type 4 - Semi-Detached Building With 1 Two-Unit Segment And 1 Single-Unit Segment (3 Residential Premises), 2 Buildingsutility Program Of The Premisesthe Residential Premises Are Designed As Two-Story Buildings With A Compact Shape On A Rectangular Plan. On The Ground Floor There Are Separate Rooms: A Vestibule, A Toilet, A Kitchen And A Living Area - An Open Dining Room Connected To The Living Room. On The First Floor There Are 2 Bedrooms And A Bathroom. Iii. Spatial Layout And Architectural Form The Buildings Were Designed As Two-Story Buildings With No Basement. The Buildings Are Covered With A Gable Roof, With A Slope Angle Of 25° (46.6%) Without Eaves. Detailed Information On The Adopted Material Solutions On The Facades Is Included In The Drawing Part. The Products And Materials Used In The Project Have Approvals And Certificates For Use In Construction, And Do Not Pose A Threat To The Hygiene And Health Of Users.
