1.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Single-Story Building. The Building Will Be Expanded In The Side Part With A Garage For A Fire Truck, Communication And A Warehouse. Walls With A Steel Structure Made Of Sandwich Panels And Silicate. Gable Roof Covered With Sandwich Panels. The Building Is Equipped With, Among Others: In Electrical Installations, Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Storm Sewage. As Part Of The Order, The External Lighting Installations Must Be Reconstructed. As Part Of The Investment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Final Occupancy Permit Or Another Document Authorizing The Use Of The Facility.1.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In The Following Documents Constituting Annexes To This Swz: A) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz) Together With Explanations To The Content Of The Swz Provided By The Ordering Party And The Proposed Contractual Provisions, B) Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities.
