1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of An Investment (Order) Called: Construction Of A Storage Shed As Part Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point At The Municipal Waste Transfer Station In Sieradz. 2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation And Obtain Documents Necessary For The Use Of The Subject Of The Agreement By The Ordering Party. All Works Will Be Carried Out On An Operational Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Enables The Operation Of The Spo And Maintains The Safety Of The Spos Employees And People Staying On Its Premises In Connection With Its Activities. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has A Decision On The Permit For The Construction Of A Storage Shed As Part Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point At The Municipal Waste Transfer Station In Sieradz.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works Necessary, In The Light Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Knowledge And Principles Of Construction Art, To Carry Out The Investment Indicated In Point. Ii.1.1.Swz, Including The Performance Of All Preparatory And Temporary Works And Obtaining Documents Necessary For The Use Of The Subject Of The Agreement By The Ordering Party.5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 1) Design Documentation Consisting Of A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 3) Building Permit - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 4) Explanations, If Provided By The Ordering Party In In The Course Of The Public Procurement Procedure To Contractors Participating In The Procedure And Modifications To The Swz - If Any, 5) Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
