2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 2.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Tatra National Park In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards.2.2. The Order Includes The Purchase Of Motor Fuel - 95 And 98 Octane Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil. The Ordering Party Has A Fleet Of Vehicles Which Consists Of Cars, Snowmobiles, Four-Wheeled Vehicles, Agricultural Tractors, And Other Combustion Equipment (Lawn Mowers, Brush Cutters, Etc.) For Which The Purchase Of Canisters Will Be Made By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party. 2.3. Fuel Purchases Will Be Made Non-Cash Using Fleet Cards, Which Must Be Secured With A Pin Code.2.4. The Fleet Card Will Be Used Only To Purchase Fuel.2.5. The Average Annual Fuel Demand For Vehicles, Determined On The Basis Of Data From The Period Preceding The Order, Is Approximately 40 Thousand Liters In The Following Range:2.5.1. Lead-Free Ethanol - 10,000 Liters;2.5.2. Diesel Oil - 28,000 Liters.2.6. The Place Of Fuel Collection (Refueling) For Cars Traveling Within Tpn And Other Combustion Devices (For Canisters) Will Be The Fuel Station Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer, And Stations In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland For Company Cars (Delegations), After The Refueling Person Presents A Fleet Card Issued By The Contractor For Tpn, 2.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Withdraw From Part Of The Delivery In Each Assortment Item. The Scope Of The Order May Be Reduced To 50% Of The Order Value, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Financial Claims In This Respect.2.8. The Contractor Will Provide Selected Representatives Of The Ordering Party With A Virtual Tool Via The Internet Enabling Ongoing Monitoring Of Transactions Concluded Using Fleet Cards. The Information Available This Way Should Include At Least: The Date, Time And Place Of Refueling, Type Of Fuel And The Number Of Liters And Transaction Amount Broken Down By Individual Vehicles. This Information Should Be Stored In Compliance With All Data Protection Rules On The Internet.2.9. The Contractor Will Provide Motor Fuels - 95 And 98 Octane Unleaded Gasoline And Diesel Oil, Meeting The Criteria Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2023, Item 1018 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels.2.10. Other Details Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Template Contract)4. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For An On-Site Visit.5. Requirements For Employment Under An Employment Contract: Not Applicable.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers6.1. The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts: 6.1.1. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Greater The Total Demand For Fuel, The More Favorable Offer Can Be Obtained From The Contractors. The Ord
