1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Extension Of District Road No. 3313E From The Intersection With The Municipal Road To Łaziska Towards The Town Of Mierrzączka Duża, Dłutów Commune. The Road Section Covered By The Scope Of Design Works: From The Intersection With The Municipal Road To Łaziska To The Town Of Mierrzączka Duża, Approx. 2 Km Long. The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Assume The Possibility Of Carrying Out The Works In Two Stages, I.E. Divided Into Two Sections Of 1 Km Each. The Design Documentation Should Include, In Particular, Design Solutions For The Reconstruction Of The Road (Widening The Road, Selection Of Structures To Achieve Parameters For The Movement Of Vehicles With A Permissible Load Of A Single Driving Axle Of At Least 11.5 Tons, For Kr3 Traffic), Roadsides, Construction/Reconstruction Of The Drainage Of The Road (Including Inventory And Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Existing Culverts Under The Road, Design Of Renovation/Reconstruction If Necessary), Entrances To Fields And Properties, Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Infrastructure, Construction Of A Service Channel (It Is Allowed To Waive The Design Of A Service Channel If The Conditions Exempting The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel Specified In The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889), However, A Detailed Analysis Of The Conditions, Including Preparing An Application To The Competent Minister For Obtaining An Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Canal Or An Analysis Of The Existing Telecommunications Infrastructure Authorizing The Road Manager To Resign From Building The Canal, Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Of The Design Works). The Adopted Design Solutions Must Be Consistent With Applicable Regulations And Standards, In Particular With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518). The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Of Relevant Institutions Enabling The Submission Of An Application For Obtaining A Permit For Construction And Make Any Additions And Corrections Necessary To Obtain It. The Ordering Party Has Design Documentation For The Section Of District Road No. 3313E From The Intersection With The Municipal Road To Łaziska To The Intersection With The Municipal Road To Łaziska, Therefore The Designed Solutions/Parameters Should Be Consistent With Those Adopted In The Above-Mentioned Documentation To The Extent Possible. The Documentation In Question Will Be Made Available To The Contractor.
