1. Ampoules, Ointments And Gels, Psychotropic Drugs, Tablets, Antibiotics, Suppositories, Infusion Fluids, Solutions, Drops For External Use, Prescription Substances, Syrups, Oral Drops, Dressings, Small Single-Use Medical Equipment, Vaccines. A Detailed Product List Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Order Specification.2. All Goods Offered Must Have The Legally Required Certificates And Approvals For Use In Health Care (The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Above-Mentioned Documents).3. If One Of The Following Situations Occurs: - Lack Of Supplies Of The Drug, - Lack Of Production, - Temporary Suspension Of Production, - The Drug Is Imported As Part Of The Target Import (Drug On Request), It Is Necessary To Price The Drug And Provide Information On The Current State Of Affairs.4. In The Event Of Product Shortages, The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform About It In Writing, Enabling The Ordering Party To Make Purchases From Another Supplier, Pursuant To Art. 214, Section 1, Point 5.5. Delivery Of Goods To The Warehouse Of The Hospital Pharmacy Point - To The Indicated Warehouse.6. If The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tender Specifications Is Missing, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Replacement After The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers For Medicines - Identical In Terms Of Composition, Physicochemical Properties And Pharmacological Parameters.8. The Ordering Party Allows The Replacement Of Larger Capacity (Content) Packages With Several Smaller Packages Only In The Case Of Very Small Price Differences9. If There Are Differences Between The Package Sizes Given In The Specification And Those That Can Be Estimated By The Contractor, The Number Of Packages Should Be Adjusted To The Total Expected Quantity Of The Order (Changed Items Should Be Highlighted In Color In The Number Of Packages Item). The Packages Should Be Rounded Up To 1 Pc.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About Changes In The Execution Of Orders (Changes In Quantity And Completion Date).11. If There Is A Requirement To Return Invoices Or Other Documents, The Contractor Shall Bear The Shipping Costs (I.E. Attach An Envelope With A Return Stamp).12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Sales Invoice With The Delivery Of Goods. Otherwise, Goods Delivered Without An Attached Invoice Are Considered Delivered On The Day Of Receipt Of The Invoice.13. Changing The Price To The Detriment Of The Ordering Party Requires Written Arrangements (An Annex After The Ordering Partys Consent), While Discounts And Temporary Promotions Do Not Require Changes To The Concluded Contract.
