In The Amount Of 50,000 Liters With Parameters According To The Pn-En 590:2013-12/Ac:2014-04 Standard Appropriate To The Season (Summer, Transitional, Winter). Note: To Calculate The Price In The Offer Form, The Number Of Liters Should Be 65,000 (Base Value Plus Option Right).2. Fuel Will Be Delivered At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Submitted By E-Mail To The Address Provided By The Contractor, Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From Placing The Order.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Order Will Be Completed Successively, And The Minimum Single Delivery Will Be 2,000 Liters And The Maximum Single Delivery Will Be 5,000 Liters.4. The Settlement Of Diesel Fuel Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be In Liters. At Actual Temperature, From The Road Tanker To The Ordering Partys Tank.5. Location Of The Storage Tank: Water Treatment Station In Śmigiel, Ul. Powstańców Wielkopolskich 6, 64-030Śmigiel.7. For Each Fuel Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: A. A Document Regarding The Quality Of A Given Batch Of Fuel, In Particular The Original Quality Certificate, B. A Consignment Note Issued By The Warehouse (Tax Warehouse) Containing The Date And Time Of Loading, The Registration Number Of The Tanker Delivering The Fuel, The Name Of The Driver Loading The Tanker, C. Wz Document, Signed By The Ordering Party.8. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Sample Of Fuel In A Minimum 1-Liter Canister/Can (Provided By The Supplier At Its Own Expense), Which Will Be Filled During The Delivery Of A Given Batch And Sealed In The Presence Of A Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Supplier And Marked With The Delivery Date. The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Test The Quality And Parameters Of The Supplied Fuel. For This Purpose, The Ordering Party Will Send The Sample To An Accredited Laboratory For Testing. If The Delivered Fuel Does Not Meet The Quality Conditions, The Supplier Bears The Testing Costs And Is Obliged To Immediately (No Later Than Within 3 Days From The Date On Which The Ordering Party Submits The Test Results To The Supplier) Remove All Consequences Of Supplying The Faulty Fuel (Including Cleaning The Ordering Partys Tank And Disposing Of The Pumped Out Fuel) And To Pay The Ordering Party A Contractual Penalty In The Amount Specified In § 7 Of The Agreement. If The Supplier Fails To Fulfill The Obligation To Remove All Consequences Of Delivering The Defective Fuel Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering
